Abstract
The pedagogical architecture, cross-cultural dynamics, and strategic outcomes of the Scholar Outbound Programme between Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, and Nanyang Institute of Technology (NYIST), China. Grounded in the frameworks of cultural heritage preservation, transnational academic mobility, and international education partnerships, this analytical study evaluates how structured international exchanges cultivate deep historical and sociological literacy among global scholars.
