Abstract
Delivering a presentation within the organization development course (MGT920) serves as a vital academic and practical exercise for mastering systemic change interventions within modern enterprises. This paper reflects on the pedagogical value of aligning theoretical framework presentations with real-world case studies in organizational change, diagnosis, and strategic transformation. Through the curriculum of the MGT920 course, students engage in assessing corporate structures, cultural alignments, and human resource strategies necessary to drive continuous improvement.
