Abstract
The AAGBS 3rd Colloquium (March - July sessions) establishes a vital academic platform designed to showcase and evaluate ongoing postgraduate research within the business school. This paper examines the significance of structural academic colloquiums in driving research excellence, fostering intellectual discourse, and providing critical milestone assessments for Master's and Doctoral candidates. Throughout the sessions spanning from March to July, participating scholars present their methodologies, preliminary findings, and theoretical frameworks to a panel of expert reviewers and peers.
