Abstract

Executing a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project in collaboration with the Kechara soup kitchen organization provides a strategic framework for corporations to address urban poverty and food insecurity at the local level. This paper evaluates the operational and social impacts of corporate partnerships with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) dedicated to feeding the homeless and marginalized communities. By analyzing employee volunteer engagement, resource mobilization, and logistical coordination during food distribution drives, this study highlights how sustainable CSR initiatives go beyond financial contributions to create meaningful social value.
