Abstract
An alumni gathering centered around a "brunch get together" theme offers a relaxed yet highly effective platform for fostering local and international networking among graduates. Moving away from rigid, formal dinners, a casual brunch setting lowers social barriers, encouraging spontaneous interactions, mentorship opportunities, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing across different graduating cohorts. This paper examines the strategic design of informal alumni events in maintaining strong institutional ties and driving community engagement. By evaluating attendee participation and post-event professional collaborations, the study demonstrates that casual networking formats can significantly strengthen alumni-alma mater relations, facilitate industry cross-referrals, and build a sustainable support ecosystem for both recent graduates and established professionals.
