Abstract
The participation of a Malaysian technology firm and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) alumni in the China-ASEAN digital economy workshop. Framed within the concepts of transnational digital diplomacy, regional knowledge transfer, and entrepreneurial ecosystem development, this analytical study evaluates how institutional participation in high-level multilateral training programs accelerates technological capacity building and expands global professional networks.
