Abstract
This study examines the impact of institutional recognition on academic resilience and success, celebrating the achievements of seven postgraduate recipients of the Research Excellence Award from the Department of Postgraduate and Professional Studies (DPPS), Faculty of Business and Management, UiTM. Grounded in Thomas Edison’s philosophy that success requires relentless perspiration and passion, this paper analyzes the academic journeys of PhD and MSc graduates.
