Abstract
This study highlights the impact of professional recognition on workplace motivation and performance, centered around an interview initiative titled "A Minute with AKCTC Award Recipient." Recognizing outstanding achievement is vital for maintaining employee engagement and fostering a culture of excellence within an organization. Through a qualitative analysis of the recipients' shared experiences and best practices, this paper examines the core attributes that contribute to winning the AKCTC award. The findings reveal that brief, high-impact media segments showcasing exemplary workers not only boost the morale of the recipients but also inspire peers to elevate their own professional standards. In conclusion, the study underscores the strategic importance of micro-learning and recognition programs in modern institutional management.
