Abstract
UiTM transformation into a globally renowned university is a projection towards UiTM2025. The sustain organisational excellence through effective and efficient governance is one of objective underlined in 2025 UiTM Strategic Plan in order to support the agenda. Parallel to the objective, Puan Alfina Bakar , KM.M (Senior Chief Deputy Registrar, UiTM Selangor) was invited to share the talk entitle “ Budaya Kerja Tangkas”. It is a fruitful session about agile leadership in UiTM in transforming better and agile governance.
