Abstract

E-leaming is essential for organization productivity. Nowadays, most of the technology or electronic devices just focus on new era of technology to encourage the people to become familiar and able to apply in the future. In order to determine the relationship between computer anxiety and e-leaming, questionnaires were sent to INTAN, Kota Samarahan. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between computer anxiety and e-leaming at INTAN, Kota Samarahan. The research indicates that the early hypothesis is supported in which there is a relationship between computer anxiety and e-leaming. Then the improvement of effectiveness of knowledge or skills training via computers can be possibly reached.
