Abstract
This business plan serves as a strategic blueprint for "Campus Clean," an innovative campus-based student enterprise specializing in eco-friendly cleaning, waste management, and sanitation services. Developed as part of the entrepreneurship curriculum, this plan explores the market viability and execution strategies required to fulfill niche maintenance demands within the higher education ecosystem. A structured analysis demonstrates that the business sustainability of Campus Clean rests on three core pillars: (1) Green Product Differentiation through the utilization of non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning agents; (2) An Agile Subcontracting Service Model tailored around student schedules to balance competitive pricing with peer employment opportunities; and (3) Digital Operational Efficiency utilizing social media platforms for real-time booking and service dispatching. Ultimately, this business plan functions as both an academic framework and a commercial roadmap, demonstrating how micro-enterprises can resolve hyper-local environmental needs while generating profitable, socially responsible revenue streams within a university campus environment.
