Meeting of SCE top management with lecturers.

Abstract
The start of the March 2024 semester saw a meeting between the top management and lecturers of the School of Civil Engineering. The meeting divided the staff into three sessions according to their years of service: junior, senior, and super senior. The primary goal of the meeting was to discuss staff thoughts, questions, or any suggestions for management's consideration and follow-up actions. The topics addressed included not only teaching and learning issues, but also leadership, staff welfare, and achievements.
