Abstract
SHAH ALAM, 31 October 2025 — The Faculty of Education, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Education in Science and Mathematics (SEAMEO RECSAM), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership to strengthen Science and Mathematics education across the region. The signing ceremony was held on Thursday, 2 October 2025, with UiTM represented by Prof. Ts. Dr. Nor Hayati Saad, Assistant Vice Chancellor (Strategy), and witnessed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shireena Basree Abdul Rahman, Dean of the Faculty of Education. SEAMEO RECSAM was represented by Dr. Azman Jusoh, Centre Director, and witnessed by Ms. Rashihah Hj. Othman.
