UiTM and Kwasa Land sign MoU to strengthen University-Industry collaboration

SHAH ALAM, 22 May 2026 – Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd have formalised a strategic partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing collaboration in academic development, research, industry engagement, and community initiatives. The signing ceremony, held at the Faculty of Built Environment, UiTM Shah Alam, was witnessed by Prof. Ts. Dr. Hjh Emma Marinie Ahmad Zawawi, Dean of the Faculty of Built Environment, UiTM, and Pn Nor Hazqiah Che Idris, Senior General Manager, Corporate Service of Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd. Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, represented by its Managing Director, Datuk Adenan Md Yusof, expressed confidence that the collaboration would contribute positively towards talent development, sustainable urban initiatives, and stronger industry-academia networking. As the master developer of the Kwasa Damansara township in Selangor, Kwasa Land anticipates that this synergy will significantly bolster community sustainability efforts and create a robust pipeline for future talent.
