Abstract
The concept of integrated agricultural development based on "in situ" development was introduced in 1965 with the implementation of the Muda Agricultural Development Authority (MADA - Muda Agricultural Development Authority) project followed by the establishment of the Kemubu Agricultural Development Authority (KADA - Kemubu Agricultural Development Authority) in 1967. that year, such development concept has grown with the establishment of an Integrated Agricultural Development Project (IADA) almost all over the country. The organizational structure and management practiced by IADA are divided into two forms, namely "corporate" or "board" as practiced by MADA and KADA as well as the coordination management model for other IADA The basic principle, integrated agricultural development approaches emphasizes the integration of all efforts and activities between the various Departments and Agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industries of Malaysia (as well as other ministry agencies needed). This integrated approach is needed in the provision of agricultural infrastructure infrastructure and related support services. IADA Kota Belud was established on 23 May 2013 and is one of the agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry of Malaysia and is in the role of developing agricultural infrastructure and regulating the management of paddy cultivation commercially in Kota Belud district Through the National Economic Development plan under the NKEA (National Key Economic Area), 5,000 hectares have been proposed under the EPP 11.
