Abstract
Since its establishment in 1985 through the philanthropy of Mr. Soichiro Honda, founder of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and his business partner, Mr. Takeo Fujisawa, the International Association of Traffic and Safety Sciences (IATSS) Forum has invited participants from across Asia under the guiding philosophy of “Thinking and Learning Together.”
