Abstract
Sabah Forestry Development Authority (SAFODA) is under Jabatan Ketua Menteri. It was being form at 24 December 1976 after Enakman No. 20 being approved by Dewan Perundangan Negeri Sabah. In general, SAFODA was form to increase the production of logs. SAFODA have 4 region that are Barat, Bengkoka, Utara and Selatan. For SAFODA Wilayah Barat, it is focusing on rubber plantation. This mean they produce logs and also latex from the rubber tree.
