The 66th IATSS Forum Leadership Training Program: embracing leadership and sustainability.

Abstract
From 14th Sept to 12th Nov 2024, Dr. Nor Izzah Zainuddin from School of Civil Engineering, College of Engineering proudly represented Malaysia as one of two Malaysian participants among 21 exceptional individuals selected from 10 countries for the 66th IATSS Forum Leadership Training Program. Guided by the motto "Thinking and Learning Together", the IATSS Forum provides a two-months immersive experience in Japan. It offers participants a chance to broaden their perspectives, enhance their leadership capabilities, and collaborate with peers across diverse fields. The program includes four key components: training camp (Gasshuku), Lectures and Workshop, Field Studies and Group Study/Research.
