As to fulfill the requirement of Diploma in Planting Industry Management subject for the last semester students, we were doing our practical as the last subject which needs to be completed in three months. Student will be stationed in particular organization to reveal them to real work atmosphere. All matters or problems which arose during training should be discussed with employer. Student that is conducting practical training are prohibited to spread employer secret to other parties by any means. Often student will face various challenges and problem that never go through by the students. This subject credit hour required six hour and will be presented for evaluation.
