Keresa Plantations Sdn Bhd: Kemena 2, Sujan Estate

The agricultural sector is indeed important for the country productivity. The oil palm plantation is one of the fastest growing sectors in Sarawak and it brings a lot of benefits for the country from import to export, stock exchange and etc. During my industrial training at Kemena 2 division, Sujan Estate at KERESA Plantation, I had learned not only about the study of the oil palm itself but also I had learned on how to manage the plantation, how to deal with the workers, how to minimise the budget for better income to the company and dealing with lack of work force of workers.
