Abstract

In Malaysia, Part X of the Contract Act 1950 regulates the agency relationship between agents and principals and the two entities' responsibilities regarding third parties. An agent is an individual who is contracted to carry out activities on behalf of another person or who represents another person in transactions with third parties.
