Abstract

The Montessori approach for preschool is child-centered educational approach developed by Dr Maria Montessori. It promotes the use of hands-on, self-directed learning in a prepared environment, in which the children are free to explore-most often independently, while being given enough responsibility in a Montessori classroom, children will delight in the tactile sensations as they explore the variety of hands-on learning activities.
