Abstract
A specialized training program at Sekolah Kebangsaan Kampong Gelam (SKKG) empowered young educators to transform overwhelming student data into interactive, automated dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Google Looker Studio. Progressing from basic data entry to advanced analytics—such as pivot tables and dynamic reporting teachers evolved from mere data collectors into data-driven professionals. These "living" dashboards streamline administrative tasks and significantly enhance instructional decision-making, parental communication, and student progress tracking. Ultimately, this initiative has cultivated digital competency and positioned SKKG as a future-ready institution, proving that data literacy is a vital catalyst for personalized learning, early intervention, and improved educational outcomes.
