This estate is near with SLDB estate, and also a few Fresh Fruit Bunch collecter such as Ever Yield Mill (4 km), Beau Sdn Bhd (5km), Bumimas (7 km). This make easy for this estate to sell their Fresh Fruit Branch (FFB) every days because this estate does not have own mill.
