Personality compatibility on mobile application in university

Human personality refers to the way humans think, feel, and behave. Overtime, people will stop and ponder on their personality and consider on improving themselves based on their personality. In this modern era, people depended on their mobile devices to browse and searched the necessary information they need on the internet. However, the problem with the internet is it does not provide an accurate answer desired by the user. Hence, a mobile application on Android was developed to resolve this issue. The scope of this project revolves around university students and observing their behavior in their studies. The method used in this project was based on the Waterfall Model that includes various phases starting with system planning and ends with documentation. The mobile application provides a batch of questionnaire towards to user for them to answer. Based on the question provided, the user will answer it by reflecting on themselves. Once answered, the mobile application will display the result of their personality. The result displays the person’s behavior. Additional feature is providing a brief on the person’s expectation and their preferable working environment as well as advises on how to improve themselves. With the result received, they can further broaden their understanding on their personality and make improvement on themselves. The result for the system evaluation showed the participant were satisfied with the features provided. Therefore it is proven that it can benefit users to improve and learn more about themselves.
