Abstract

This study examines the relationship between physical activity and academic performance among students at UiTM Seremban 3, addressing a localized research gap. Using a cross-sectional design and online questionnaires, researchers utilized the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and Academic Performance Scale (APS) to assess self-reported activity levels and academic outcomes. Data were analyzed via Chi-square tests to identify correlations and evaluate how these variables differ by gender. Ultimately, the findings seek to guide institutional strategies aimed at optimizing student well-being and academic success through targeted interventions.
