Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between perceived physical literacy, obesity awareness, and BMI among 123 students at UiTM Seremban 3. Utilizing simple random sampling and data from the PPLI and OASIS scales, the research employs Pearson correlation analysis to identify how these factors interconnect and vary across different weight categories. The findings aim to facilitate the development of targeted university interventions to combat youth obesity and promote healthier lifestyle choices.
