Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between athlete leadership behaviors and team cohesion among 297 athlete workers at Majlis Bandaraya Seremban. Utilizing a quantitative survey design, the research explores how perceived behavioral dynamics influence group harmony and collective unity across both formal and informal team structures. By analyzing these leadership patterns, the study aims to provide insights into fostering team performance and social integration within diverse sporting environments.
