Abstract

This study examines the impact of various coaching styles on player performance at Negeri Sembilan Football Club, addressing a significant research gap in athletic success factors. Utilizing structured questionnaires from a sample of 97 players, the research employs descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis to evaluate prevailing coaching behaviors and their direct relationship with athlete outcomes. The findings aim to identify the most effective coaching practices to enhance professional football performance within the club.
