Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between infrastructure quality and tourist satisfaction at Tasik Villa International Resort, Port Dickson, to identify key service delivery factors in resort-based tourism. Utilizing primary data from 406 participants selected through simple random sampling, the research employed descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and independent t-tests via Jamovi software. The findings clarify how specific infrastructure elements and demographic influences, such as gender, shape visitor experiences, providing actionable insights to overcome development barriers and enhance overall tourist contentment.
