Document management system for industrial training

Industrial Training is important to University Technology Mara student to train students to adapt work environment when going career life. LiOnline is develop to help coordinator and students in order to overcoming manual submission file, document redundant issue and email
overload. LiOnline is a web-based system for document submission of industrial training. It is develop using Laravel framework and MySQL database. LiOnline system is able to notify student and coordinator. Coordinator can set task like video workplace, report every week and
list organization workplace. Evaluation of LiOnline is conducted by performing Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to six coordinators and thirty students to test the Perceived of Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and User satisfaction to LiOnline. From the findings most users satisfied with LiOnline and wanted LiOnline to be deploy for industrial training. This shows, that LiOnline can help coordinator and students to reduce their problem when student undergo industrial training. For future work, LiOnline need to be added more function like calculating mark of the work, integrating LiOnline with other platform and using short message services (SMS) to send notification to coordinator at company.
