Maybank

This paper explains my internship at Maybank Simpang Renggam Branch, from which I receive practical banking and finance training. My internship gave me the opportunity to get real world job experience in a prominent financial company, combining theorotical knowledge with practical applications. The report start with an overview of Maybank’s history, followed by company profile of Maybank Simpang Renggam. After that, it contains vision and mission of Maybank which emphasise the goal of becoming a regional financial leader. Next to it is the Simpang Renggam branch’s organizational chart is presented to demonstrate the branch’s structural hierarchy reporting system. A full description of Maybank’s product and services. Then, there is training’s reflection which tell about job scop and the benefit during internship. These paper also contains a SWOT analysis of Maybank’s Simpang Renggam branch which identifies the Maybank’s strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the present financial environment. After SWOT Analysis, there will be recommendation for the SWOT that offers suggestion for improvement. Lastly, these report will end with coclusion that conclude all the content in this report.
