Analysing mental toughness level across demographic factors among Gunung Angsi Hikers

This study utilizes the Adventure-based Mental Toughness Inventory (AbMTI) to examine psychological resilience among 240 hikers at Gunung Angsi, focusing on demographic variations across gender, marital status, and occupation. By employing convenience sampling and analyzing data via independent t-tests and ANOVA in JAMOVI, the research bridges a gap in outdoor recreation literature traditionally centered on competitive athletes. The findings aim to inform specialized support systems and performance strategies tailored to the diverse profiles of recreational hikers.
