Abstract

This study investigates the impact of facility quality on customer satisfaction at Arena Sukan Kuala Lumpur to provide actionable insights for sports venue management. Utilizing a quantitative approach, 182 responses were collected via convenience sampling and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and linear regression in JAMOVI. The research identifies critical quality factors and measures their influence on satisfaction, aiming to inform service improvements and enhance user experience in the sports industry.
