Abstract

This study utilizes a quantitative, non-experimental survey of 260 Ampang Run Club members to investigate how psychological motivation influences runner satisfaction. By employing descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis, the research identifies key motivational drivers and evaluates their relationship with overall contentment. The findings provide data-driven insights to help running clubs improve member experiences and retention strategies through a better understanding of athlete needs.
