Abstract
This study utilizes the Adventure-Based Mental Toughness Inventory (ABMTI) to examine the psychological resilience of 157 hikers at Gunung Datuk Eco Forest Park, focusing on factors such as gender differences and hiking frequency. By analyzing data collected during the Gunung Datuk ASEAN Summit Attack 2025, the research aims to bridge the gap in mental toughness literature within natural forest settings. The findings provide insights into the contributing factors of mental toughness in endurance-based outdoor recreation.
