Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between sport motivation and burnout among recreational runners in the Nismilan Runners Club to enhance the understanding of mental well-being in community sports. Utilizing a quantitative, non-experimental design, the research analyzed data from the Sport Motivation Scale-II (SMS-II) and the Athlete Burnout Questionnaire through descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. The findings aim to identify how specific motivation types correlate with burnout levels, providing insights into the psychological resilience of community-based athletes.
