Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between coaching styles and athlete satisfaction at the Sungai Merab Football Academy to promote more effective, athlete-centered training. Using online questionnaires administered to players of various age groups, the research employed descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis to identify how specific coaching approaches influence player experience. The findings provide actionable insights for optimizing player development and performance within youth football environments.
