The study of relationship between motivation and participation in outdoor recreation among students in Universiti Teknologi MARA Seremban 3

This quantitative study investigates the relationship between motivation and outdoor recreation participation among 428 UiTM Seremban 3 students, addressing the rise of sedentary, tech-oriented lifestyles. Utilizing a non-experimental survey design, the research employs descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and independent t-tests to analyze key influencing factors and gender-based differences in engagement. The findings are intended to support university initiatives that encourage healthier, active lifestyles through increased connection with nature.
