Abstract
Palmlyn Sdn Bhd Estate, which is under Subur Tiasa Holdings Sdn. Bhd is at Balingian branch and was established on 2008 .This estate controlled by one Plantation Controller, which is responsible to monitoring the production and control all the production of this estate and giving orders from Head quarters from Sibu branch. This estate also handled by one Estate Manager assisted by 3 assistant managers and 3 senior supervisor. This estate area is majorlv peat soil type soil. The duration for enter this estate from Main Road Balingian - Mukah is around 1 hour and 1 hour from the GSA estate gate.This estate total area is 4730.31 Ha, which divided by 3 Phase, which is Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3.1 was placed in Phase 1A in past three months of our internship programme. Operation of harvesting done by two group which is estate direct workers and contractor (Era Java. Sdn. Bhd. In Phase 1 A. we using Tenaga Kerja Indonesia(TKI) workers for harvesting operation.
