Abstract

Every part four student of Faculty of Plantation and Agro technology will undergo the industrial training right after finishing the semester 4 season and will undergo industrial training for 1 month and 1 week on the semester break. This is to complete the syllabus of course FPA310 which will very important to student CGPA. The main objective of industrial training is to expose student to actual working environment and enhance students knowledge and skills from what they learned in the University life. Another purpose of this program is to install the good qualities of integrity, responsibility and self-confidence. Other than that, industrial training will help student to get the job ready faster. The place that we choose for our practical session which is me (Alfio Rinool Jool) and Alissa Julius is at SLDB Keningau. The reason why we choose SLDB Keningau as our internship programme place is because we are also live at Keningau and it will easier the way we go the work as we are already familiar with area in Keningau. We also choose SLDB for our internship place because we want to take a real experience working at the oil palm plantation.
