Abstract
Industrial training becomes one of the factors that contribute to the good performance of quantity surveying students in study. The aim of this study is to enhancing learning through industrial training for quantity surveying students. While the objectives of this study are to determine the perceptions of quantity surveying students on industrial training benefits after undergoing industrial training, to identify the effects of industrial training on the students' skill development and also to determine the strategies in enhancing learning through industrial training for the students. To ensure the objectives can be achieved, the data for the study was collected through quantitative method which is questionnaire was used as a platform to obtain the data. The area of case study only covers UiTM Seri lskandar because of few limitations and constraints. In terms of respondent, probability sampling method which is simple random sample was used because every member of the population has an equal chance of being selected. Based on study, the research found that the industrial training is more beneficial in helping them in term of career. While, in skill development industrial training is more effective in improving ICT skills among students and students play the most important role in enhancing learning through industrial training.
