Abstract
This study investigates the factors shaping responsible outdoor behavior among 332 students at UiTM Seremban 3 and examines potential gender-based differences in these responsibilities. Utilizing a non-experimental survey design with a structured Likert-scale questionnaire, the research employed descriptive statistics and independent t-tests to analyze how male and female students perceive safety and environmental sustainability in recreational settings. The findings aim to inform future behavioral interventions and outdoor programming to enhance user responsibility and promote sustainable practices within the university community.
