Abstract

This study investigates the impact of facility service quality on player satisfaction among 30 purposively sampled UiTM Shah Alam football players. Utilizing the SERVQUAL model across six key dimensions, researchers employed a structured questionnaire and Jamovi software (version 2.6.22) to perform descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis. The findings aim to identify critical service factors that influence player perceptions, providing actionable insights for facility management to optimize athletic development and team performance within a competitive university sports context
