Abstract
This study evaluates the impact of an adventure-based residential program on the mental toughness of 68 FSR university students, addressing the high stress levels often found in academic environments. Utilizing the Adventure-Based Mental Toughness Inventory (ABMTi), researchers conducted a quantitative assessment of participants before and after engaging in outdoor activities such as kayaking, orienteering, and rope courses. The findings aim to determine the efficacy of adventure programming as a psychological intervention for enhancing resilience and performance among students facing academic adversity.
