As we all know, the internship or industrial training program provide real world experience to those who looking to explore or gain the relevant knowledge and skills that required to enter into a particular career field. As for me and my friends , we do internship at the Samarahan Plantation Sdn. Bhd for 3 months and gained much knowledge from it. Internships or industrial training are relatively short term in nature with the primary focus on getting some on the job training and taking what’s learned in the classroom and applied it to the real world or situation. Interns generally have a supervisor who assigns specific tasks and evaluate the interns overall work.
