This technical report gives an in-depth look at my internship at Data Solutions Sdn. Bhd during my last year as a business student at Universiti Teknologi Mara. The report covers a variety of areas of my internship, such as the company profile, the projects I worked on, and the significant insights and skills I learned over the internship time. My internship mostly comprised working on a record cases. These experiences enabled me to apply the theoretical information I had gained throughout my academic studies to real-world circumstances, providing me with significant insights into the practical sides of my area. Throughout the internship, I had the honour of working under the supervision of Mr Irawan Bin Sarip, whose mentoring and skills were important in moulding my professional development. My encounters with the whole operation team were invaluable since they provided me with the opportunity to work with knowledgeable individuals who willingly offered their expertise and experience. My experience at the company provided me with a stronger grasp of the corporate culture, effective teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities, in addition to project-specific learning. These soft talents are equally important for personal and professional growth. I am really thankful to everyone who helped and directed me throughout my internship, and I am looking forward to implementing the information and skills I have gained to positively contribute to future endeavours in the field.
