Industrial training is a crucial part of a student's education. When it's well-planned, executed, and evaluated, it greatly helps in developing a professional attitude. 1 am required to complete 6-months of industrial training, before finishing my bachelor’s degree in international business. My training will take place from March 3, 2025, to August 15,2025, at Data Solutions Sdn. Bhd in Kuala Lumpur branch. Data Solutions Sdn. Bhd is a company under The Legal Review Sdn. Bhd. For my personal growth, I chose a company that would teach me many things related to my field of study, International Business. The company provided opportunities to apply what I have learned as a student and to develop the skills I need during my internship. The program aims to provide essential practical experience for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in international business. It bridges the gap between theoretical studies at the university and real-world operations in the human resources sector, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in various tasks. During the internship, several methods were employed, including practical work, reading relevant materials, and engaging in question-and-answer sessions. 1 was assigned to the operation department as an admin. This department in a way are related in the subject that I learned in university such as strategic management, research method, business analytics and others. The internship taught me how to professionally interact with both local and international investors, as well as the appropriate settings for such interactions. Additionally, the department trained me in recording data and research related to business analytics, which is crucial for sustainability. Furthermore, the internship offered invaluable life lessons, revealing the realities of the working world. It broadened my perspective, allowing me to understand both the positive and negative aspects of professional life.
