Abstract

This study examines how service quality defined by the effectiveness and efficiency of campus facilities like libraries, housing, and laboratories impacts student satisfaction at UiTM Seremban 3. Building on established research that links well-maintained infrastructure to positive student perceptions, the paper highlights service quality as a critical determinant of the university experience in Malaysia. Ultimately, identifying this relationship is essential for institutions seeking to optimize their educational environments and better support student academic and social needs.
