Abstract

This study examines the relationship between social media consumption and physical activity levels among 433 students at UiTM Seremban, addressing growing concerns that digital engagement contributes to sedentary lifestyles. Utilizing the Social Media Usage Scale (SMUS) and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), the research analyzes student usage patterns to determine how online habits influence physical engagement. The findings offer critical insights into balancing digital involvement with active living, providing a basis for wellness initiatives aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles within the university community.
